Levinn Workwear (Pty) Ltd supplies workwear, PPE, corporate clothing and branded items to businesses in South Africa. This policy explains how we handle personal information through this website and our related services, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). • Account and company details you give us when you register or request access: your name, work email, phone number, company name and registration details.
• Quote and order information: the products you select, quantities, branding requirements and any notes you add.
• Audit responses: the answers you submit in the free Procurement and OHS Readiness Audit.
• Messages you send us through the website chat or on WhatsApp, including the content of those conversations so we can answer you and follow up.
• Technical and usage data: basic information your browser sends and aggregate analytics about how the site is used.

• To review account applications and confirm who we are dealing with.
• To prepare quotes, fulfil orders and arrange branding and delivery.
• To answer your messages and provide support, including through the WhatsApp assistant.
• To send you your audit result and relevant follow-up about your enquiry.
• To run, secure and improve the website and our service.
• To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under agreements that require them to protect it:

• Hosting and database providers that run this website and store our records.
• Email and messaging providers used to reply to you and send quote and audit emails.
• The WhatsApp Business Platform, where you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• An AI provider that powers the assistant that answers product questions.
• Our product suppliers, only as needed to source stock and fulfil your order.

Some of these providers process data outside South Africa. Where that happens we rely on providers that offer a comparable level of protection, as POPIA requires.

We keep personal information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or your company, and after that only for as long as we need it to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to guard against loss, unauthorised access and misuse, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will act promptly if a security issue arises.

You may, subject to the Act:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update information that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep.
• Object to certain uses of your information.
• Withdraw consent where we relied on it, without affecting past processing.

To exercise any of these, email sales@levinn.co.za. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by Meta under its own terms and by us to answer your enquiry. You can stop messages from our assistant at any time by replying STOP, and resume by replying START.

The site uses cookies and similar technology needed for it to work and to understand site usage in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this policy as our service changes or the law requires. The date below shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be reflected here.
